The Newest Hotel in Preston the Winckley Square Hotel opens this October
No.10 Preston, Preston’s first and only 5 Star Hotel has proved such a success for Walker&Williams that they have decided to open a second Hotel. Work is well under way at The Winckley Square Hotel and we are on schedule to open this October.
The Winckley Square Hotel will consist of 14 truly luxurious self-contained apartments and what we believe will be the best restaurant in Preston. The restaurant will be open to members of the public as well as offering room service and breakfast to guests of the hotel.
The restaurant will offer breakfast, lunch, afternoon teas, dinner and any occasion in between. We are proud to be bringing fabulous, affordable food to the table that will be freshly prepared using only the best seasonal ingredients.

The Winckley Sqaure Hotel is conviniently located between the stunning Winckley Square and equally stunning Avenham Park. Some of the penthouse apartments even enjoy views of Avenham park.

As you can see in the pictures above the Winckley Square Hotel has some stunning features and spaces. We will be fully restoring the features and creating the most incredible spaces for our guests.
